Leader of Care Support and Guidance

 

Location: Wade Deacon High School

Permanent, Full Time Hours, Term-Time Only

 

We seek to appoint a committed and dynamic Leader of Care Support and Guidance to join our dedicated team of non-teaching staff. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring the highest possible standards in safeguarding and child protection.

 

You will lead the safeguarding team within the school as well as acting as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and will be responsible for the implementation of all safeguarding and child protection procedures ensuring effective practise across the school.

 

We have an outstanding induction programme to offer support to new staff. Leader of English

 

Location: Hillside High School

 

Start Date: September 2017

 

Full Time

 

We seek to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and dynamic subject leader who can deliver outstanding lessons within the English curriculum. Results in English are good and pupils make good progress. We pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring pupil progress and high quality teaching and learning provision for all. The successful applicant will share these values and play an active part in the English curriculum at all levels. As Leader of English you will be able to enthuse and motivate our pupils with your passion for the subject and creative teaching, presence and personality. You will lead a team of staff to deliver outstanding teaching and learning across KS3 & KS4 English.  We require a forward thinking innovative leader who possesses an excellent knowledge of recent changes to the GCSE English Courses. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a track record of high quality teaching and purposeful learning in their current teaching post, and the ability to inspire people successfully.
